Transparency Report:

As per Brazilian Equal Pay Law (Law 14,611 of July 3, 2023), companies with more than 100 employees have to publish the Transparency Report twice a year comparing the salaries paid to women and men in the company. This Report is drafted by the Labor Ministry based on the data presented by the company in the government payroll system - Esocial. This first Report considers the data of June 2025.

This Transparency Report shows that the salary paid to women are equivalent to 92,4% of the salaries received by men. The higher difference regarding the average actually paid may be attributed to compensations received during the month regarding to specific conditions, like overtime and offshore premium or the fact that the system divides the employees into 5 groups of position in general, not taking into consideration all the company's salary structures, notably the salary scale applied by the company.

Transparência Salarial:

De acordo com a Lei Brasileira de Igualdade Salarial (Lei 14.611 de 3 de julho de 2023), as empresas com mais de 100 funcionários devem publicar o Relatório de Transparência duas vezes por ano, comparando os salários pagos a homens e mulheres na empresa. Esse Relatório é elaborado pelo Ministério do Trabalho com base nos dados apresentados pela empresa no sistema de folha de pagamento do governo - Esocial. Este primeiro relatório considera os dados de Junho de 2025.

Esse Relatório de Transparência mostra que o salário pago às mulheres equivale a 92,4% do salário recebido pelos homens. A diferença maior em relação à média efetivamente paga pode ser atribuída a compensações recebidas durante o mês relativas a condições específicas, como horas extras e adicional de periculosidade, ou ao fato de que o sistema divide os funcionários em 5 grupos de cargos em geral, não levando em consideração todas as estruturas salariais da empresa, notadamente a tabela salarial aplicada.
