If you see or suspect unethical behavior, legal violations, or any practice that conflicts with our values, we want you to raise a concern.
We provide a confidential reporting channel available 24/7 for anyone – employees, business partners, or members of the public – to report concerns securely and (if desired) anonymously.
All reports are treated with the utmost discretion, and whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from retaliation by law and company policy. This means you can report issues without fear – your courage in speaking up will be met with support and respect.
When a concern is raised, our Compliance team will ensure that it is investigated fairly and promptly, ensuring due process for all parties. We also encourage open dialogue: many issues can be resolved through honest conversation, and we foster an environment where giving feedback – positive or negative – is part of continuous improvement.
Whether it’s a minor ethical dilemma or a serious legal issue, speaking up helps us correct course and uphold our standards. Kongsberg Maritime’s leadership fully endorses this principle: integrity is a team effort, and every voice matters in protecting our company’s ethical compass.
