Norwegian Code of practice for Corporate Governance

The Kongsberg Maritime Board of Directors actively supports the principles for good corporate governance and attaches importance to Kongsberg Maritimes’s compliance with the Code of Practice for Corporate Governance given by the Norwegian Corporate Governance Board ("NUES" norwegian) and to explaining any deviations.
