Join our team and lead large, complex projects across all aftermarket segments. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate and coordinate all KM products to deliver the best solutions for our customers. We are looking for experienced mechanical, electrical or automation engineers who are eager to take on a leadership role in our projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be a vital part of our high-achieving GCS Integration team, delivering essential system engineering for our business.

- Act as system technical lead in Integrated projects.
- Responsible for planning and technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical solution across different products and disciplines.
- Participate in studies and bidding processes.
- Follow projects from initial phases to installation and completion.
- Travelling as site management as required.
We think you should have
- Bachelor or technical college degree in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering.
- Strong system understanding with extended knowledge in mechanical-, automation- and control- or electrical systems, preferably with Kongsberg or ex Rolls-Royce Marine products.
- Knowledge about class authorities’ requirements.
- Experience from service, production, or operational work within maritime industry or similar is an advantage.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
