We are currently looking for a high-performing Spare Part Sales Engineer. In this role you will be a part of Waterjet spares team for Global Customer Support.

Responsibilities

· Preparing spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and our technical recommendations
· Identifying spare parts
· Confirming and processing customer spare part orders
· Supporting customers through the whole spares process
· Co-operating with technical support, purchasing, logistics, warehouse and sales representatives
· Monitoring progress in achieving goals and ensuring that sales targets and KPI’s are met
· Continuous improvement and development of the process related to the spare parts sale

Qualifications and experience

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field
· Experience of working in a similar position
· Fluent spoken and written English, other languages will be considered an advantage
· Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage

· Work effectively under pressure and deal with ambiguity and change
· Understand the client’s needs, identify solutions required by the client and prepare an appropriate offer
· Exercise judgement and act on own initiative
· Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
