We are currently looking for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst. In this role you will be a part of Finance and Operational Support, Americas.
Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial results, including KPI dashboards used by leadership for decision-making.
• Own end-to-end forecasting and annual budgeting processes for regional operations, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and cost drivers.
• Develop and refine advanced financial models to evaluate operational performance, margin impacts, cost structures, and long-term planning scenarios.
• Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial reporting by managing data sources, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with accounting and internal control standards.
• Enhance reporting capabilities by designing automated tools, dashboards, and analytics to streamline workflows and improve visibility for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to regional operations and workshop managers, providing insight-driven analysis to support productivity, cost optimization, and asset utilization.
• Support monthly business reviews by preparing executive-level reporting packages and delivering financial insights to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions across budgeting, reporting, and operational finance activities.
• Support the implementation and ongoing governance of asset management tools within the ERP system, ensuring accurate asset tracking and reporting across workshops.
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial tools and data systems (AX 2012, Power BI, Datawarehouse, VBA, etc.), helping elevate analytics maturity across the team
Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or operational finance, with demonstrated experience supporting multi-site or regional operations.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Datawarehouse, Power Query, VBA, and experience with AX 2012 ERP or similar systems strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and business partnering skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions and drive alignment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience improving finance processes and implementing automation or system enhancements.
• Knowledge of operational finance within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments is an asset.
