For many years, Kongsberg Maritime has successfully delivered products to the maritime segment around the world. Going forward, further growth is expected by offering a broader portfolio of products, solutions, and services.
Kongsberg Maritime is strengthening its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) team and is looking for two Information Security GRC Managers to further develop our global security governance. The two roles are intended to complement each other. Together, you will help mature how we manage cyber- and information security across the organization – recognizing that no single candidate is expected to cover all areas.
You will play a key role in strengthening our structured, risk-based and compliant approach to protecting information, working closely with stakeholders across IT, the business and our dedicated security team.

- Act as a trusted advisor to process owners and support integration of security into business processes and technology services

We think you should have
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant field (technical, administrative or similar). Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
- Experience within information security
- Experience with Information Security Management Systems (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of quality standards, methods and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
It is also an advantage if you have experience with areas such as identity and access management, business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), Microsoft Purview, AI governance, or leading cross-functional initiatives. That said, you are not expected to cover all of these areas.
At Kongsberg Maritime, we believe diversity fuels innovation. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement – your perspective, skills and attitude could be exactly what we are looking for.
