Forwarder
An exciting opportunity has arisen as Forwarder in our Forwarding and Export Logistics Department at Carpus, Kongsberg. We support our Delivery Projects and the Global Customer Support organisation in delivering hardware and spare parts to our customers worldwide – at the right time and right place. We are looking for a person with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.

What you will be doing
- Handle shipments from site and third-party suppliers for worldwide deliveries
- Prepare and issue required export documents
- Contribute to being a competence centre for worldwide deliveries
- Continuously keep your competence updated
- Support our internal customers in serving our external customers
- Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes
We think you should have
- Bachelor in logistics/supply chain/customs, or similar, and/or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in international transport, logistics, global export or customs
- Knowledge in international trade
- Experienced in using digital tools like ERP and Microsoft 365 (e.g Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, dangerous goods handling, customs procedures and VAT
- Meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet)
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written
