Global Customer Support provides lifecycle services and operational support to customers worldwide. 

  • Through service, upgrades and long‑term partnerships, the division helps customers maximise uptime, efficiency and asset value across the operational life of their vessels.
  • We work closely with customers to ensure cost‑effective upgrades, safe 
    operations, and environmentally friendly solutions tailored to their 
    operational profiles. 
  • Through digital solutions, we also provide remote support and service 
    without going on board, ensuring uptime and reducing the need for travel.
