It covers leadership, competence development and employee experience, as well as internal and external communication and corporate affairs, ensuring clarity, engagement and a strong company identity.
- People & Corporate Affairs serves as the backbone of KM, ensuring the organization operates smoothly and thrives. The Division consists of four Departments essential to maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
- Services includes HR, Employer Branding, Leadership Development, Communication, Public Affairs, HSE, Quality, Compliance, Export Control, Facility and Supply Chain.
