K‑Sim Fishery is designed to meet the growing global demand for high‑quality training in modern fisheries. The simulator replicates a fishing vessel bridge, complete with navigational equipment, winch systems, and integrated Simrad fish‑finding and fish‑catching instruments. Trainees can practice maneuvering, target detection, gear handling and catch operations in a realistic physical and visual environment reflecting vessel behavior, weather, current and seabed conditions. 

Developed to comply with STCW‑F requirements and DNV simulator standards, the system supports competence building for safer decision‑making and better operational outcomes.

K-Sim Fishery replicates a fishing vessel bridge with essential navigation and fish-finding equipment. It includes winches for handling purse seine, trawl, and longline gear, with realistic vessel and equipment behavior powered by an advanced physics engine. Integrated with Simrad echo sounders, sonars, and catch monitoring systems, it provides a comprehensive training solution for developing fishing crew competence.
