SharePoint & Collaborative Tools Administrator

To support this mission, we are looking for a SharePoint & Collaborative Tools Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team in Spain. In this role, you will work with both on-premises and cloud-connected collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Exchange, Domino, and related technologies. You will be a key contributor to the daily operations, maintenance, and development of these solutions, serving as a first point of contact for service requests and incidents. A major focus of the position will be driving the modernization of our collaboration environment by migrating legacy SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online and the latest on-premises SharePoint platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and further develop the SharePoint platform in KONGSBERG. 
  • Maintain Image regularly with required changes. 
  • Maintaining the connected infrastructure like network deployment, Configuration tool, automations, patching ++  
  • Troubleshooting and handling requests/incidents from users 
  • Do internal training of colleagues in related topcis. 
  • Attend necessary training both domestic and overseas 

Preferred competences

  • Experience working with collaborative platforms and solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and products.
  • Degree within the IT - Relevant work experience within IT operations with Linux might compensate for lack of   formal education.
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility for the deliveries related to Linux clients
  • Eager to learn new skills and obtain new knowledge
  • Service minded, and customer focused

  • Communicative
  • Willing and able to travel when needed
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1)
