Senior IT Engineer

To support this mission, we are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
  • Support cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Administer servers, operating systems, storage, and access management.
  • Monitor environments, troubleshoot incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to ITSM processes, including incident, request, and change management.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery, patching, and software deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable platform solutions

Preferred competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Vmware Cloud Director.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, networking, and Vmware virtualization.
  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and identity/access management.
  • Experience with Veeam Backup and disaster recovery.
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • English B2+/C1, apply with a English resume + motivaiton letter will be required.
