Our work environment

We believe people do their best work when they feel connected — to their colleagues, their work, and the environment around them. We aim to create a workplace where people feel welcome, respected, and encouraged to grow.

Strong professional environments don’t happen by chance. We actively invest in building strong relationships across teams and disciplines, creating arenas for collaboration beyond day-to-day tasks. One example is Connecting — an employee-driven initiative that helps new and early-career colleagues build networks, get to know the organisation, and feel at home from the start.

Across many of our locations, employees and social committees organise social and recreational activities, such as cabin trips, game nights, kayaking courses, bonfire evenings, and sports events. These initiatives are created by employees, for employees, and reflect local culture.

Connecting across our locations

For many at the start of their careers, joining us can also mean moving to a new city or country. Connecting plays an important role in helping people find their footing — professionally and socially — by offering opportunities to meet others in similar situations. There is no age limit for participating; the ambition is to build belonging and connection across teams, disciplines, and generations.

At the same time, we offer a strong technical environment where competence, learning, and collaboration are valued. When people feel supported, included, and part of a community, they are better positioned to contribute, develop, and stay engaged over time — to the benefit of both the individual and the organisation.
