The oe14-120 (PAL) and oe14-121 (NTSC) 3CCD Colour Camera, provides broadcast quality video for use in scientific and high-end inspection applications. Using new sensor technology, Kongsberg Maritime has been able to combine exceptional sensitivity and high resolution. To obtain the best from this configuration, the camera is supplied with a broadcast quality 14X zoom lens, tailored for use with a 3 CCD sensor.
Using the latest digital signal processing, contrast can be adaptively managed down to pixel level. When combined with Dynamic Contrast Control, more video information is now available when shooting the region around a bright object or reflection. Very precise exposure and colour balance control, combined with a selection of Y/C, RGB or VBS outputs, provide the best possible video quality. The Kongsberg Maritime Graphical User Interface allows the camera to be controlled using RS 485.
